Plant Proteomics

The workshop will introduce the participants to proteomics workflows tailored to plant science. The practical part will comprise sample extraction and preparation and hands-on experience in open-source tools for data analysis such as MaxQuant. Other covered topics will include:

• Basics of Liquid chromatography & Mass spectrometry;

• Sample preparation;

• Routine Workflows for MS-based proteomics;

• Data Analysis: Qualitative & Quantitative Proteomics;

• Protein-Protein interactions.
